Nope
Art Cafe is for no-pressure creativity, exploration and play. But you do have to be open-minded and kind to yourself... just give it a go! -
Ideally 10+
Art Cafe is not suitable for kids to be wandering around and definitely not good for crawlers with little pieces of craft and beads etc possibly on the floor. If your child is artistic and loves quiet creative time they are very welcome.

A booking system will be up and running once Art Cafe re-opens August 1st.

Art Cafe activities are self-guided but we have lots of resources to help you. If you want more guidance you can book a 1:1 art lesson with Corinne or come to one of our weekly classes.

Yes!
Parking is available in front and behind Springett’s Arcade.
Bowral can get busy on weekends, and if you plan to stay in town a few hours we recommend parking at the railway station, a few streets away.

Studio time is $25 for 2hours. If it isn’t busy, you can stay longer.

There are no stairs to enter the studio and it is is easy access to the upstairs disabled toilets via the glass lift, just outside Art Cafe.

We treat everyone with respect regardless of their nationality, physical ability, gender or sexual identity.

Yes!
Private group bookings for minimum 12 people can be arranged for Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights.
Get in touch with Corinne at info@corinnedany.com to get the ball rolling. A $10pp deposit will be required and can be used to pay for the balance on the night.

My daughter and I attended the art cafe on Saturday afternoon. We were ushered to our seats where we perused a very full and interesting menu of artistic activities. We both chose to illustrate or decorate the cover of an old book. We were given a choice of books and we chose one that appealed to us. After a few minutes Corinne came with a painting set, brushes and water and delivered them to our table. Corinne readily helped us with ideas for our book cover. The 2 hours went by so quickly as we were both immersed in the new experience. Such a lovely afternoon spent with fellow novices, surrounded by friendly chatter and perfect background music. As a complete beginner, the thought of picking up a paintbrush was a little intimidating. But from the moment I walked into the Art Café Mittagong, any nerves I had simply melted away. My grand daughter and I went to the new Art Cafe, beautiful place to be, set up well, so much to admire. Corinne makes you feel very welcomed and is very helpful. As it was my first time doing a watercolor, surprised myself, i could actually do it with Corinne's guidance. My grand daughter painted a figurine and enjoyed being at the Cafe. We will go again, wish we were more local as I would be there all the time. Great place to be creative or explore talents you didn't know you had.
