Faux Tiles Blue and White Cat was painted in watercolour by Southern Highlands artist Corinne Dany. 

'This was an experiment which turned out wonderfully. I wanted to carve in the tiles 'grout' effect so I used thick chalk paint as my ground. Once I completed the painting, I carved the faux tile squares and added some antiquing and voila!'
