Sea Hare Fanfare was originally painted in watercolour by Southern Highlands artist Corinne Dany. 

'Part of my 2019 exhibition April Hares (Less Mad Than March Hares), Sea Hare Fanfare was first imagined in the shower of all places! I noticed a splash of water on the screen door while I was rubber-dub-dubbing and it looked like a mermaid, with a trumpet and a little fish watching her. I drew some long ears on her head and voila!'
